DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT

It is with great regret that the Boam & Nyanplue families announce the death of their beloved father, Mr. McDonald W. Boam, Sr.

This incident occurred at the JFK medical center on Wednesday afternoon, May 7th, 2025 after a brief period of illness.

Mr. Boam was born on the 31st of May, 1951, and was 73 years old at the time of his passing.

Mr. Boam was a high school level teacher by profession and additionally a politician and official of the Charles Taylor government, holding several positions, including a former director of the General Service Agency.

He is survived by several children, grand children and great grandchildren, plus several brothers, sisters, aunties, colleagues and devoted friends and families.

His remains is currently deposited at the Abraham Robert’s Funeral Home, awaiting burial, which is slated for the 24th of May, 2025.

The 3rd family meeting will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
