Bong County Senator Prince Kermue Moye, is under intense public criticism.
This followed a wave of phone-in radio callers on several Gbarnga radio talk shows, who sharply accused Moye of “gross misconduct, financial irregularities, and criminal behavior.”
Some of the callers, spoke so angrily, and without holding back their emotions.
They alleged that Sen. Moye’s recent actions reflect a deepening pattern of questionable leadership, and “administrative recklessness.”
They accused him of “poor financial judgment, disturbing inconsistencies, and decisions they believe, undermine public trust.
Although, none of the callers provided concrete documentation, their explosive accusations, have triggered a heated county-wide debate, with many residents demanding clarity on Moye’s financial dealings, and decision-making processes.
The controversy emerges barely days after Sen. Moye addressed a huge crowd at a fundraising and homecoming program of the ruling Unity Party in Gbarnga, where he attempted to defend government against rumors of corruption, and financial abuse.
“We are not a ruthless government; we are not an economic vampire government,” Moye declared, insisting that the administration is not emptying national resources.
But callers pushed back sharply, claiming that Moye, despite his educational background, allegedly signed a “blank cheque,” fueling deeper concerns over accountability and transparency in his office.
The allegations continue to spread rapidly in the county, placing Moye under intense public pressure.
He has yet to respond to the matter, as citizens await a clearer explanation to calm the escalating public outrage.
