The leader of the newly registered opposition Citizens Movement for Change (CMC), Musa Hassan Bility, has recently visited Gbarnga Siaquelleh Town, meeting with local chiefs and elders.
Bility’s meeting was to strengthen support for the party future and other development initiatives.
During the gathering, the chiefs and elders formally endorsed Jonah Nuleh Togbah, a son of the district, to collaborate with the CMC, giving their blessing for a partnership.
The partnership, according to the elders, is aimed at promoting development and improving the lives of residents.
Mr. Togba endorsement underscores the growing confidence in Bility’s leadership, and the party commitment to advance the district progress.
Bility laid out a bold and transformative plan to enhance education, and infrastructure in Gbarnga Siaquelleh.
He promised to renovate the local school, upgrade learning facilities, and provide students with a better environment to academically thrive.
He also pledged to pave the road connecting the district to Guinea, and other parts of the county, improves transportation, trade, and accessible for residents. The projects, are to stimulate economic growth and community development.
Community members, who were excited following the pledges, recognized the potential impact of the projects if completed on their lives.
The visit, according to the elders, highlighted CMC’s focus on working hand-in-hand with local leaders to implement initiatives that directly benefit communities, and ensure that development reaches every corner of the district.
With the endorsement, and Bility commitments, the elders said, the CMC has reinforced its presence in Panta District, signaling a renewed drive to deliver tangible results.
The party engagement, one of the elders remarked: “Demonstrates a clear vision for improving education, transportation, and overall living standards, while ensuring that residents voices remain central to decision-making and development planning.”
The visit, a female analyst said, marks another milestone for the CMC outreach in the county, showcasing a leadership style that prioritizes collaboration, community development, and the fulfillment of promises that uplift local communities.
