Bong County Technical College (BCTC) vice president for administration, has be discovered in nude video circulating on social media.
Though James Saybay has denied the act. He claimed it was an act created by artificial intelligence (AI), Sekou B. Kenneh, a prominent resident of Gbarnga, has demanded the immediate removal of him from BCTC.
Mr. Kenneh demand followed the circulation of a highly controversial nude video allegedly featuring Saybay.
The video, which has gone viral across social media platforms, has sparked outrage and concern among residents, students, and parents in the county.
“This is a disgrace beyond words. Saybay’s actions, or alleged actions, completely undermined the moral standards we expect from our leaders.” Kenneh told reporters in Gbarnga.
He added: “BCTC cannot continue to be led by someone whose private conduct dishonors the institution and the entire community.”
Saybay has insisted the video was artificially generated using advanced AI technology.
Kenneh, however, strongly rejected this explanation. “Excuses about AI will not absolve Saybay. The very fact that such material is associated with him, even if AI-produced raises serious questions about judgment, morality, and suitability for leadership.
Kenneh: “A man entrusted with administrative authority over our students must demonstrate integrity at all times. Saybay has failed that test.”
Kenneh continued: “Leadership is not just about titles or position, it is about setting an example, upholding decency, and earning public trust. Saybay’s alleged sex conduct shatters that trust completely. The Ministry of Education and the College Board cannot allow this to continue. Any delay in action would signal to the public that Bong County tolerates immorality at the highest levels of educational leadership.”
Kenneh noted: “Students, parents, and staff of BCTC deserve leaders, who respect ethics and moral standards. Allowing Saybay to remain in office, is not only an insult to the community, but a stain on the reputation of the entire county. This is about accountability, dignity and the values we hold dear.”
