Amb. Conteh Arrives, Presents Letter Soon

Dr. Al-Hassan Conteh, Liberia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States, on Monday, April 14, 2025, arrived at Dulles International Airport in Virginia on a brisk. He is expected to present his Letter of Credence in the coming weeks.

The move, according to a release, is to further strengthen the enduring ties between Liberia and the United States.

This highly anticipated arrival marks a new chapter in the diplomatic relations between the two nations, which share a long history of collaboration and mutual support.

Amb. Conteh, was warmly received by Madam Nan Kennelly Assistant Chief of Protocol for Diplomatic Affairs at the US State Department and a delegation from the Liberian Embassy in Washington DC led by Charge d’Affaires Interim, Isaac C. Yeah.

Others were the Minister Counselor for Press and Public Affairs, Al-Jerome Anastas Chede Sr., First Secretary Tobias Togba and Third Secretary Isaac Zally Jr.
