The faculty, staff and students at the ACT Assembly of God Elementary and Junior High School have held a successful gala week.
“Our dream is to get to the senior high school level but it’s based on the preparations of staff and facilities in the next five years,” the principal said.
The Principal, Pastor Eric Blyee, Sr., said activities commemorating the weekdays’ celebrations began on Sunday, May 10 at the school’s main campus in Fofee Town Louisiana Township.
Beginning with a Queen Contest, African Costume, European Costume, Country Cook and finally a Field Trip schedule for Friday, May 15, 2026.
Over the weekend, students are expected to be guided by the school’s administration to visit the Roberts International Airport, EBK Barrack and the SKD Sports Complex in Paynesville City.
ACT AGM School System is considered to be the only faith- based academic institution within the vicinity.
Principal Blyee said the school was established in 2023 to meet the demands of struggling parents who found it difficult in a remote community to send their children to far away schools.
Against the background, the school was built by God’s grace through the influence of his foster parents from the Christian faith, Rev. Dr. AbendaTamba and his wife, Rev. Comfort Tamba.
