‘The leadership of the House of Representatives, through Speaker Richard Nagbe Koon, has welcomed a ten-member team from the Civil Service Agency (CSA).

The coming of the team is to conduct a comprehensive review and enhancement of the House’s Human Resource (HR) management system.

The CSA team is tasked to reviewing the HR management system of the House of Representatives, reviewing and develop job descriptions for the central administration; oversee the direct replacement and recruitment of staffers; reviewing all personnel files by valuating and updating the organizational structure of the House.

This initiative aims to establish a robust and efficient human resource framework that will enhance staffing, training and recruitment processes within the House’s system.

The team officially began work on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. It is expected to end on Thursday, April 10.

Members of the team are drawn from various divisions of the CSA, including Employment Services, Welfare, Payroll and Pension.

Ahead of the exercise, House Human Resource Director, Darlington Nah, assured the team of full cooperation, saying: “The CSA is not an adversary to any government entity, rather, it plays a key role ensuring that the right processes are followed. That is why we have invited the CSA team to support us in this endeavor. Our goal is to ensure that our recruitment

process is transparent and that the right individuals are placed in the right positions.”
